Discipline, respect, practice and attendance are important to advancing belt levels!


Belt Testing

Youth/Adult

Students can generally expect to remain at each belt level for about five to six months. Our aim is for students to gradually adopt a healthy, active lifestyle while developing strong training habits and clear, achievable goals. As their minds and bodies mature through consistent practice, their true potential as martial artists will emerge more fully. Preparation focuses on building flexibility, coordination, and concentration, and with continued training, improvements in speed and strength will naturally follow. Martial arts training develops more than just physical technique — it also shapes the mind and spirit — so students will learn to show respect for themselves, their peers, and the art as they embrace the martial way of life.

Please note: there is no testing requirment for fitness classes! Belt Testing is for Hapkido classes only!
