Belt Testing
Youth/Adult
Students can expect to be at each belt level from five to six months. We want students to adapt to a healthy, active lifestyle with good training habits and goals. As their minds and bodies develop, so will their true potential as martial artists. Skills emphasized in preparation will be flexibility, co-ordination and focus. In time, speed and strength will follow. Martial Arts training is not only about building physical skill - but also the mind and spirit - so they will learn respect for themselves, their peers, and their art as they follow the Martial Arts way of life.
