Hapkido class description 

Classes begin with a warm up/stretch/conditioning routine designed to build flexibility, strength and balance along with breathing and isometric exercises to build inner power (Ki) and focus. Students are introduced to various forms of Kicks, Strikes & Stance work to be used in studio training and multi-attacker (Street) situations.

Students are also taught Agility & Mobility techniques in the form of Jumping, Rolling and Break Falls. 

Hapkido Self-defence & joint lock techniques are taught on how to escape and evade various grabs, holds & attacks in real world situations.

Required: Martial Arts uniforms or Exercise attire


Private Class (one-on-one)    

Private classes are one-on-one with Valentino and can be tailored to fit an individuals needs. The classes may follow our traditional “Hapkido” Martial Art format or focus more on fitness exercises, flexibility, mobility & agility depending on the students needs.

1 Hour class

Semi-Private Class (2 - 4 student Groups) 

Semi-Private classes are for students that would like to train with others but still enjoy having the teaching attention of a small group environment. Semi-Private is perfect for friend groups or familys that would like to train together. Classes follow the Traditional Hapkido format but can also be tailored to focus on specific areas of martial arts or fitness training.

1 hour class
